These Terms and Conditions are applicable every time you access our website and/or order goods from our website:
1.1 This site is owned and operated by St Albans Scout & Guide Gang Show.
1.2 All rights in this website are owned by us. Any unauthorised use, copying or modification is prohibited.
2.1 All orders placed through our website will be subject to our acceptance of the order.
2.2 When you submit an order to us on our website you will receive a confirmatory email of your order. You should check this email for accuracy and let us know immediately if there are any errors. This email does not constitute acceptance of the order by us. Your order will be accepted by us when we despatch the goods to you.
2.3 Should you wish to cancel your order or return any goods, please see our returns section below for further information.
3.1 Whilst it is our intention to keep our website up to date and error free, product description or pricing errors may occur. If we discover such an error after you have submitted an order to us, we will contact you prior to processing your order with the correct details. You may then either cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the correct information.
3.2 All prices shown on our website are final cost to you – we are not registered for VAT.

4.1 Unless otherwise specified cost of delivery is included in the product price.
4.2 On those occasions where goods are collected by you in person or if we are able to deliver your product by hand then any delivery charge included in the cost of the product is not refundable. Any small savings we make are put back into the development of the Gang Show.
4.3 Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods within the timeframe we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale.
4.4 All sales are subject to product availability.
4.5 Delivery method is usually by 2nd class post.
4.6 Delivery to Overseas addresses may incur an extra delivery charge.

6.1 All products are sold on the basis that they are for personal, domestic use only. Items may be encrypted to prevent copying.
6.2 Our liability for any claim for loss or damage shall be limited to the sum paid by you for the goods.
6.3 We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and any such changes will be communicated on our website.
6.4 These terms and conditions govern the entire trading relationship between you and ourselves and will remain in force for the duration of the said trading relationship.

7.2 Please note that Gang Show memory sticks/DVDs/Photos are copyright and as such there must be no unauthorized reproduction of the files.
7.3 Any copying or sharing of the content is illegal and will be infringement of copyright. If you would like additional copies, please do not hesitate to let us know.
7.4 In order to comply with the copyright and licensing agreement, any use other than your personal viewing will require the permission of St Albans Gang Show and Big Buzz Productions.
7.5 Sharing of any material on websites and/or social media channels is strictly prohibited and can only be undertaken with the express permission of St Albans Gang Show.
7.5 Anyone found copying or sharing any material without the permission of St Albans Gang Show and Big Buzz Productions could face legal action plus jeopardise future filming and production of the show.
7.6 Our rights are protected by UK, European, and International intellectual property laws, including those for the protection of copyrights, trademarks, and database rights.
8.1 If you are unhappy with your product or believe it is faulty, please contact us at admin@gangshowstore.com and we will discuss options for fixing your order or possible replacement of the product.
8.2 Our returns policy is valid for 28 days from receipt of an item.
